MEET OUR STAFF
Richard Myers- Pastor
Pastor Richard joined the Shiloh Team in July of 2011 as the Associate Pastor and became the Senior Pastor in May of 2013. He has been in church ministry since 1993 serving in roles as a Director of Christian Education, Associate Pastor, Student Pastor, and Lead Pastor. As a pastor he has a passion for sharing the amazing love of Christ, remaining faithful to the truth of Scripture and caring for the congregation and community.
Pastor Richard has been married since 1996 to his beautiful wife, Wendy. (He says he clearly married up!)
He is the proud father of 2 daughters: Emma who is married to his son-in-law, Tucker, and Lindsay.
In his spare time Pastor Richard enjoys collecting sports cards of current and former UNC basketball, football, and baseball players as well as watching a good Star Wars or superhero movie.
Pastor Richard is a 1993 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies. In 2002 he received his Master in of Theological Studies from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. He is a lifelong learner who continues to grow in his ministry and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Tina Hollar- Financial Secretary
Tina joined the church staff in November 2018 as the Financial Secretary. She grew up in the Baptist church and has been involved in church her entire life. She joined Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith in September 2014.
She has worked in the financial field for over 24 years and has the mindset of being transparent with the church’s spending as well as making good financial suggestions to the leadership of the church.
Tina has been married to her wonderful husband, Darrell, for 19 years and they have three beautiful daughters and three amazing grandchildren.

Melisa (29) who is married to Ben, lives in Kannapolis with their little dog, Irie.
​
Tiffany (26) who is married to Gabe, lives in Salisbury with Granddaughters Kinsley (5), Elanore (3) and our grandson Maven (1).

Serenity (7) who is living at home and is involved in various activities in church & school.
​
Tina’s favorite things to do in her spare time are collecting Disney Memorabilia and Giraffes. She also likes to keep up with family and friends by calls, texts & cards showering them with prayers and encouragement.
Christie Fulk- Director of Children, Youth, and Young Adults
Christie joined the church staff in October 2024. She has been married to her husband Wes since 1999 and they have two adult children, Lanie and Austin.

She has been a member of Shiloh since 1999 and has served on many committees, taught hand chimes to children for 8 years, taught Sunday School, helped with VBS and Christmas plays, and volunteered on many mission trips with the youth.
​
Christie graduated from Catawba College in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education K-6 and has been teaching for 21 years. She is currently working at Erwin teaching 6th grade math.
​
She loves camping with her family (especially at the beach) and reading in her spare time.
Lynn Shuping- Administrative Assistant
Lynn joined the church staff in June 2002, faithfully serving for over 20 years as our Administrative Assistant.
Lynn and her loving husband, Dane, have been married for 42 years and have three grown children, Paul, Laura and Jason. They also have three beautiful grandchildren, Skylar, Trent and Cheyenne.
Lynn and her family joined Shiloh in October of 2016 and continue to willingly serve Shiloh in so many ways.

Lynn enjoys cross stitching, playing in a pool league, trips to the beach and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Jon Hutchinson- Minister of Music
Jon Hutchinson serves as the Minster of Music for Shiloh Church, joining the staff in 2013.
He directs the Chancel Choir, Shiloh Ringers, Chiming Children, Children’s choirs and the praise band, Stone
Foundation.
Jon graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a degree in music and has been a church
music director for 49 years, serving five different churches including Shiloh.
He is married to Ann and they have four children who are married and eleven grandchildren.
Martha Isley- Organist
Martha became a member of Shiloh in 2018 and joined the church staff in 2021.
She has been playing the organ since 1961 when she was in the 9th grade and has served as an organist in 3 different churches including Shiloh.
Martha graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in mathematics.
She and her husband, Billy, have been married since 1970 and have 2 children.
